About Our Company
Ross, our principal consultant, has spent more than 25 years in the yachting industry as a yacht designer, navigator, and performance specialist. Beginning his career in Australia and New Zealand as a naval architect working on superyachts, he has since raced around the world as a Grand Prix navigator, applying a uniquely data‑driven approach to strategy, performance analysis, and onboard systems.
Today, Ross leads our team in delivering thoughtful, technically grounded solutions for sailors, race teams, and yacht owners.
